– UX research on food ordering services across dine-in / pick-up / city-wide delivery
– UX research on membership wallet services and rewards
– Learn how to prepare user stories, acceptance criteria and refine mock-ups (sketches) to deliver specific user experience
– Gather, interpret, and translate product owner needs into functional graphical and non functional graphical requirements
– Work independently, self-manage time and assigned tasks wisely without constant oversight
– Learn how to translate user problems into requirements that facilitate application development
– Work with product owner and team when questions arise from a user perspective
– Work with the development team to let them understand the interaction flow to ensure the effectiveness and quality of new development and enhancements to existing products
– Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure that new releases function as intended and there is no negative impact to existing functionality
– Contribute in scrum meeting including Product backlog Grooming, Story Estimation, Daily Scrum and Sprint Planning

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Have passion in software interaction design career. Be proactive with positive attitude
– Relevant graphic design or software interaction degree or certifications
– At least 3 years of experience working as Graphic Interaction Designer or App UX Designer
– Ability to analyse and define user behaviors in digital product based on different usage scenarios
– Able to translate user behaviors into design rules for optimal user experience
– Able to generate / refine mock-ups (sketches) with specific user experience briefing for development team
– Good research skills with an attention to detail
– Good team-oriented interpersonal skills including facilitation and the ability to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people
– Any experience working with iOS and Web commerce projects will be a bonus
– Any experience working with software Business Analysts will be a bonus
